Waiver of Liability

By purchasing this class, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the Galentine’s Cookie Decorating Class may involve handling food, sharp tools, and other supplies that could pose risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, minor cuts, or injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

• Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Sweet O's Custom Treats, Created Resources, their owners, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or injuries that may arise from my participation in this class, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or illness.

• Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Once purchased, there will be no refunds given.
  • If I need to cancel, I will receive credit toward a custom order or a future cookie class.
  • Sweet O's Custom Treats reserves the right to cancel the class due to low enrollment or unforeseen emergencies. If the class is canceled for any reason, I will be given either a refund or credit toward a future class or custom order.
  • Vouchers issued for cancellations must be used within six months.

• Allergy Notice: Cookies are not made in a nut-free environment, and no allergies can be accommodated. I assume responsibility for any risks related to food allergies.

• Third-Party Purchases: If this class is purchased on my behalf by someone else, I agree to the terms of this waiver and understand that I cannot hold Sweet O's Custom Treats or Created Resources responsible for any claims or issues arising from my participation.

• Consent for Photography: I give consent for photos or videos taken during the class to be used for promotional purposes unless I notify the organizers otherwise in writing prior to the event.
